Every day is planned around your story, the place, the season and the light. A typical day looks like this:

1. Before the day · The planningThe idea, the place, the cover story, the timing, the permits, the flowers and the restaurant. Your partner never hears from me.
2. Arrival by private boatThe day opens on the water, with the villas and the mountains around you: the first scenes of your film.
3. The proposalAt a villa setting reserved for you, in a garden, on a terrace or on the boat, with flowers already in place. We photograph and film from a discreet distance.
4. After the yesChampagne, then engagement portraits in the gardens, the lanes of the village and on the water, with gentle direction that keeps everything natural.
5. The celebrationLunch, an aperitivo or a candlelit dinner at a lakeside restaurant chosen in advance, as the last chapter of the day.

• Varenna and Villa Monastero: the lakeside terraces where more couples get engaged than anywhere else I know on the lake. €5,000.

Yes. I plan the idea, the cover story, the place, the timing, the boat, the villa setting, the flowers, the proposal moment and the restaurant with you, so the day feels effortless for you and natural for your partner.

How do you stay discreet during the surprise?

We arrive before you, keep our distance and choose angles that blend into the setting, so the moment unfolds without interruption. Before the day, you receive simple guidance on where to stand and when to ask.

Where is the best place to propose on Lake Como?

Villa del Balbianello, Villa Monastero in Varenna, the gardens of Villa Melzi in Bellagio, Castello di Vezio and a private boat on the water. For the most privacy, choose a boat. For an iconic setting, choose Villa del Balbianello. For a natural surprise during a walk, choose Villa Melzi.

What time of day is best for a proposal?

The early morning and the golden hour before sunset bring the most beautiful light and the fewest people. Many villa gardens close before sunset, so for a sunset proposal I often plan the boat.

How long is the experience?

It is a full day. The exact schedule depends on the place, the boat timing, the proposal moment, the portraits and the restaurant.

Is video included?

Yes. My husband and I photograph and film the day together, and you receive a 3-minute cinematic highlight film of your proposal.

How many photographs do we receive?

Around 300 edited photographs in high resolution, delivered in a private online gallery: the proposal, your portraits, the ring, the flowers, the boat, the villa and the celebration.

What happens if it rains?

We adjust the timing, the route or the place: villa loggias, covered corners, a better light window or a different boat plan, so the day stays as beautiful as plan A.
